If you struggle to make juicy pork chops, like I always have, try making them in the air fryer instead! They are simple, fast to make and are the perfect hearty entrée to any meal. These pork chops are made with no oil and no breading, so they happen to be gluten-free.
What do you need:
Bone in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and pepper (you can absolutely add more seasonings that you prefer!)
Over the Spoon for...
Ready in less than 10 minutes
High in protein
Great source of selenium & B vitamins!
How to make:
Preheat air fryer to 400
Season pork chops with salt and pepper
Cook for 6 minutes at 400, flipping halfway through
Allow to "rest" for 5 minutes after before cutting
This is the best part! Since this air fryer pork chop recipe has no breading, I love to partner it with a fruit style topping such as applesauce, apple butter, cranberry sauce, or a pineapple + teriyaki sauce combo.
Orrrr you could add barbeque sauce or Worchester sauce!
Add a veggie of choice and starchy carbohydrate such as a sweet potato or rice and your meal is complete.
