This Applesauce Baked Oatmeal is the perfect filling meal prep breakfast. What I love about this Breakfast is that it’s naturally sweet, super simple, and makes mornings so much easier.

I’ve been baking this when I want something warm and comforting without a lot of effort plus it makes great leftovers. It’s also easy to switch up depending on what you have on hand, and the applesauce keeps it extra soft and moist.
