- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Mix together the olive oil, dijon mustard, and seasonings.
Pour in the vinegars and mix vigorously until well blended.
Store in an air tight container at room temperature.
Always shake before serving.
