Dairy-Free White Chicken Chili Recipe
This healthy crockpot chili is a comforting and high protein winter meal.

- 1 diced yellow onion
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 large chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans chopped green chile peppers
- 4 cans great Northern beans
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon oregano
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant (5–6 min).
Add to crockpot with chicken, 1 cup broth, beans, chiles, and spices.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hrs or HIGH for 3–4 hrs.
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to crockpot.
Add remaining broth, stir, and heat for 15–20 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
