1 pound frozen breaded chicken bites 10 large eggs ¼ cup milk ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese 10 large burrito tortillas
Bake chicken according to package directions at 400°F.
Reduce oven to 350°F.
Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour onto a greased sheet pan.
Bake for 17 minutes until just set.
Cool and slice eggs into rectangles.
