Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup mixed berry kefir
  • cup mixed berries

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix kefir and chia seeds and allow to set for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, thoroughly stir again and cover.
  • Allow to set in the fridge overnight or 4 hours minimum.
  • Serve with ⅓ cup defrosted berries or fresh berries slightly smashed for extra juice.
