- 12 oz bag frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread frozen broccoli on the pan in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In a bowl, whisk together tamari, lemon juice, garlic powder, and avocado oil.
Toss roasted broccoli in the sauce.
Return to sheet pan (lightly sprayed with oil) and spread out.
Roast another 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
