Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread frozen broccoli on the pan in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • In a bowl, whisk together tamari, lemon juice, garlic powder, and avocado oil.
  • Toss roasted broccoli in the sauce.
  • Return to sheet pan (lightly sprayed with oil) and spread out.
  • Roast another 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
