For the Chicken ½ cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic 1 teaspoon Minced Ginger 1 pound chicken breast cubed 1 teaspoon cornstarch For Serving Cooked rice Cucumber sliced Edamame Avocado Pickled onions Sesame seeds Sriracha mayo
Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Reserve ⅓ of the sauce.
Marinate chicken in remaining sauce for 15–30 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet until nearly cooked through.
Whisk cornstarch into reserved sauce and add to skillet.
Simmer 1–2 minutes until thickened.
Serve over rice with desired toppings.
