Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ½ cup black beans slightly mashed
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Form into burger patties.
  • Refrigerate if desired to help hold shape.
  • Grill over medium heat, flipping once, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
