large chicken breasts

Salsa

large avocados

cup
chopped cilantro

lime
¾
cup
shredded monterey jack cheese
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Score your chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken in an oven-safe dish and cover with salsa. Bake for 25 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, dice avocado and toss with lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
Remove chicken from oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top the salsa chicken with the avocado mixture and serve.
