Ingredients

  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • ¾ cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 teaspoons dried parsley or 3 tablespoons fresh
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce plus ½ cup for topping
  • cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the egg.
  • Add ground meat, onion, salt, garlic powder, Dijon, oregano, parsley, BBQ sauce, and breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.
  • Scoop into muffin tin, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Top each with a dollop of BBQ sauce.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Let cool slightly before removing and serving.
