Chickpea and Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can chickpeas drained
  • 15 oz tuna in water drained
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 3 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 1.5 tablespoon course dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt

Instructions

  • Add the drained chickpeas to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Add the celery and pulse again until the celery is finely chopped and mixed in.
  • Transfer the chickpea mixture to a large bowl.
  • Stir in the drained tuna, breaking it up gently.
  • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
