Chickpea and Tuna Salad

- 15 oz can chickpeas drained
- 15 oz tuna in water drained
- 4 stalks celery
- 3 tablespoon mayonaise
- 1.5 tablespoon course dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
Add the drained chickpeas to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
Add the celery and pulse again until the celery is finely chopped and mixed in.
Transfer the chickpea mixture to a large bowl.
Stir in the drained tuna, breaking it up gently.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
