- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Mediterranean seasoning
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini's
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into a ball, and set aside on parchment paper.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat and cook meatballs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Make sure meatballs are browned all the way through before serving.
