Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 orange, juice plus 1 tablespoon zest

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, microwave frozen raspberries for about 40 seconds.
  • Slightly mash berries with a fork and then stir in pudding mix, nut milk, and orange juice and zest.
  • Pour mixture into a pudding mold and freeze for 8 hours or until frozen.
  • Run pudding mold under slightly warm water to loosen popsicle and serve!

Notes

To keep the sugar content low, look for a sugar free pudding mix.
