Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond milk add more as needed

Instructions

  • Rinse chickpeas 3 times in a strainer.
  • Melt coconut oil in a small bowl.
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor, adding more almond milk or water as needed.
  • Top with shredded coconut to serve.
