1cupfresh cilantro
3cloves garlic
¾cupchopped green onion
2limes, juiced
2tbspolive oil
1 tbspred wine vinegar
Instructions
In a blender, add cilantro, garlic, and olive oil and blend.
Add onion, lime juice, and red wine vinegar and continue to blend until you have a creamy sauce.
