Cilantro Garlic Sauce Recipe

This naturally vegan cilantro garlic sauce is amazing on just about anything or by itself. Bring your next taco night up a notch and make a cilantro crema coleslaw with this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup chopped green onion
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • In a blender, add cilantro, garlic, and olive oil and blend.
  • Add onion, lime juice, and red wine vinegar and continue to blend until you have a creamy sauce.
  • Add salt and pepper to dressing, to taste.
