- 2 5 oz. cans of tuna, drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- ½ juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- ½ diced red bell pepper, optional
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Grease a pan and turn on medium heat.
Place about 3 tablespoons of mixture, formed into a patty onto grease pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. (mixture makes about 4 patties)
Serve on a bun or over salad.
