Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets, skin on
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 lime, cut in slices
  • 1 tbsp mixture of paprika, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place salmon skin side down on sheet pan and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Add about ½ tbsp butter to each filet and then a slice of lime.
  • Cook lime salmon in the oven for approximately 10-12 more minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
