- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb peeled raw shrimp
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ¼ cup kimchi
- 8 oz sugar snap peas
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Grease a medium sized pan and place on medium heat. Sauté garlic and shrimp, cooking shrimp approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Add soy sauce, ginger, and snap peas. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Build your bowl, start with cooked rice, add shrimp, snap peas, and kimchi.
Drizzle bowl with lemon juice and sesame seed oil.
