Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 lb peeled raw shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • 8 oz sugar snap peas
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Grease a medium sized pan and place on medium heat. Sauté garlic and shrimp, cooking shrimp approximately 2 minutes on each side.
  • Add soy sauce, ginger, and snap peas. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Build your bowl, start with cooked rice, add shrimp, snap peas, and kimchi.
  • Drizzle bowl with lemon juice and sesame seed oil.
