Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • cup oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup vanilla kefir

Instructions

  • Dice small apple and set aside.
  • In meal prep container mix together all dry ingredients.
  • Stir in kefir and allow to set for 5 minutes.
  • Thoroughly stir again and then stir in apple. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
