- 1 small apple
- ⅓ cup oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- ¾ cup vanilla kefir
Dice small apple and set aside.
In meal prep container mix together all dry ingredients.
Stir in kefir and allow to set for 5 minutes.
Thoroughly stir again and then stir in apple. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
