This easy no blend and dairy free ice cream recipe is a copycat version of Trader Joe's Raspberry and Vanilla Cream Bars.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix sugar free
  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 orange, juice plus 1 tablespoon zest

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, microwave frozen raspberries for about 40 seconds.
  • Slightly mash berries with a fork and then stir in pudding mix, almond milk, and juice of 1 orange plus 1 tablespoon zest.
  • Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze for 8 hours or until frozen.
  • Run popsicle mold under slightly warm water to loosen ice cream bar and serve!

Notes

To keep the sugar content low, look for a sugar free pudding mix.
