red bell pepper

Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to instructions and set aside.
Dice bell pepper and cucumber.
Thoroughly stir tuna into quinoa.
Stir in olives, bell pepper, pepperoncini, cucumbers, and sundried tomatoes.
Toss with red wine vinaigrette and serve with salt and pepper to taste.
