Small charcuterie boards are basically just building your own adult lunchable!
You have the completely flexibility to make a keto charcuterie board or gluten-free charcuterie board if you like!
How many cheeses do I need for a small charcuterie board:
2 soft cheeses like brie and goat cheese and 1 hard cheese such as a cheddar.
Remember, this is your small charcuterie board so if you want to stick to just using 1 cheese that is up to you!
What do you put on a small charcuterie board:
Cheese: mixing a soft and hard cheese on your board gives great complexity
Raw vegetables: dipping vegetables such as carrots and celery slices are great
Pickled vegetables: olives or pickles add a tangy element to the board
Fruit: depending on the season you can add apple slices, pear slices, or grapes
Nuts: pick your favorite! pistachios, almonds, walnuts... any are great
Deli meat: if you want to make a meat rose, large pepperonis and salami are great! Otherwise you can do any deli meat such as turkey or ham and roll it up with tooth picks.

Dips: pick a complimentary dip to your vegetables, I love a something like a spinach artichoke dip. You could also just use a spicy mustard to pair with your meats, or pick a jam to pair with the cheese.
Crackers: Pick any favorite cracker! If you are gluten-free, my favorite crackers for a small charcuterie board are the Simple Mills brand.
Small Charcuterie Boards Ideas:
You can mix and match any of the above ideas to put on your charcuterie board... or you can go with a theme!
