Cilantro Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup chopped green onion
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a blender, add cilantro, garlic, and olive oil and blend.
- Add onion, lime juice, and red wine vinegar and continue to blend until you have a creamy sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to dressing, to taste.
