    This cilantro garlic sauce is SO flavorful and delicious.

    Warning: You may want to drink it (no judgement) but the best way to use is it is to add it to shrimp tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken breast or my faaavorite- a taco salad!

    Cilantro Garlic Sauce is such a good sauce to use as a creamy salad dressing or dipping sauce.

    It is made with simple ingredients like fresh cilantro, garlice cloves, and lime juice.

    It is naturally vegan and a great way to use fresh herbs. This recipe will be the perfect complement to your next taco night!

    What do you need to make Cilantro Garlic Sauce:

    • cilantro- fresh! about half a bunch
    • garlic- cloves or minced
    • green onion - or red onion
    • fresh lime juice
    • olive oil
    • red wine vinegar

    Optional ingredients:

    To make this delicious dressing even creamier you could add avocado or Greek yogurt if you are not vegan

    This is such an easy recipe! You just need a blender or food processor, and then simply blend all the fresh ingredients!

    It is the perfect sauce for a lot of Mexican foods but can be put on so many things!

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup fresh cilantro
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • ¾ cup chopped green onion
    • 2 limes, juiced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

    Instructions
     

    • In a blender, add cilantro, garlic, and olive oil and blend.
    • Add onion, lime juice, and red wine vinegar and continue to blend until you have a creamy sauce.
    • Add salt and pepper to dressing, to taste.
