Air fryer side dishes to the rescue, again! These air fryer brussel sprouts with bacon are such an easy and flavorful side dish OR topping to a salad.
You can make this in the oven or air fryer with a simple homemade dressing, bacon, and brussel sprouts.

What do you need:
- Brussel sprouts- fresh not frozen
- Bacon slices - you can omit the bacon to make it vegetarian
For the dressing:
- Avocado oil - or Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Course Dijon Mustard
- Honey
- Salt and pepper
How to make:
- Preheat air fryer to 370 degree Fahrenheit.
- Cut the ends off of Brussel sprouts, then cut in half.
- Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces, I like to use kitchen scissors to do this.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey and then toss Brussel sprouts in sauce.
- Add coated Brussel sprouts to air fryer and then add bacon slices.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Toss in salt and pepper, then serve.
Air Fryer Tip:
I have heard you can line your air fryer with parchment paper for easy clean up when cooking bacon!
No Air Fryer? You can absolutely make this in the oven instead! I would try placing everything on a sheet pan spaced out and cook at 400 degree F for 30 minutes tossing halfway through.
